Gods Vineyard Church Loughborough is a non-denominational church and part of God’s Vineyard Ministries with Headquarters in Nottingham and branches in the East Midlands and Manchester.

We meet at Rosebery St. Peter’s Community Centre every Friday of the month (except the first) for prayer, bible study and worship.

On Sundays we meet at Burleigh College, Thorpe Acre.

We also use Rosebery St. Peter’s Community Centre for other meetings such as Ladies fellowship, training meetings and the like.

We meet in the Spectrum Centre on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the
month (summer break July and August), 7.30 to 9.30pm. We learn village dances from around the world to wonderful music from eg Greece, the Balkans, S. America, Israel, Russia etc., as well as more recent dances to contemporary world music. There is a great variety in the dances which range from gentle and meditative to the more energetic, with plenty of repetition in a supportive environment. Everyone is equal in the circle and the dancing provides a good gentle exercise and a therapeutic experience for all. All are welcome – wear
comfortable loose clothing and flat shoes. Cost £4-£6 per session
(depending on what you can afford and what the evening is worth to
you.)

Aims and objectives of the group is to improve body flexibility and muscle tone. Develop ability to focus in a single minded way and improves general health.
